Private and public state-fund employers who meet program requirements will receive a 2-percent premium rebate.

Those who meet performance measures can earn an extra 2-percent bonus rebate.

• Premium Rebate
• To receive a 2-percent premium rebate, you must:
  • » Join safety council by July 31, 2008
  • » Attend 10 monthly meetings or BWC sponsored events
  • » Send a qualified senior-level manager to a safety council sponsored function
  • » Submit semiannual workplace accident reports for the 2008 calendar year
  • » Be current with filing your payroll report and paying your premium

• Bonus Rebate
  • You can earn an extra 2-percent performance rebate if you reduce your injury frequency and severity rates by 10 percent, or keep both at zero. For more information, click on the link ohio bwc
